My process starts with listening to what you're picturing, and then building the full version of it; that includes the plan, the people, and the pieces you hadn't thought to ask for yet. Tell me the problem, and I'll sit in it with you until we've found something worth building. I’m not going to just give you what you asked for, but something built to last, and eventually, to scale.

 

Six years into my career, and I’ve been honored to work across nonprofits, regional tourism platforms, foundations and philanthropies, a DEI fellowship, and my own freelance practice. In the process, I've stopped trying to rank which one made into the professional I am today. Whether it's drand development and strategy, facilitation, event design, engagement strategy, or photography, I move between them the way the work demands, not the way a resume would prefer. In my opinion, that’s the whole point of being able to hold and execute the full picture.
